4th Dimension Recovery Center

To provide and cultivate an environment of recovery where all young people can overcome drug addiction and alcoholism through social interactions with recovery communities and 4D peer-mentorship services.

Bottom Line for Portland

More than 600 young people seeking recovery attend 4D monthly, and 4D provides one-on-one youth-mentor services to 50 young people every month. In 2017, those mentored averaged six months’ abstinence, 55 percent improved employment and 47 percent improved housing.

“4D is a foundation in my recovery. I know that no matter what is going on, good or bad, I can come there and get the immediate support I need. When I get two years clean, I hope to work there and help other young people find recovery.”
