American Leadership Forum of Oregon

ALF aims to join and strengthen leaders in order to better serve the public good. ALF Oregon enhances leadership by building on the power of equity and promoting collaborative problem solving.

Bottom Line for Portland

Given the current political climate, the American Leadership Forum of Oregon believes it’s more important than ever to unite people with different experiences and perspectives, in order to learn from each other and identify real solutions to our state’s most challenging issues. About 35% of our participants include leaders from rural parts of Oregon who work in the public, private, non-profit, and government sectors.

"We have a huge chasm in our communities, which makes me truly value ALF Oregon’s work to build bridges. I support ALF Oregon because they can help us forge a path forward in which all of us are valued.” —Tricia Tillman, ALF Oregon Class 26.
