Blanchet House supports people experiencing homelessness or food insecurity by offering free hot meals, clothing, toiletries, housing programs, and community. No questions asked, we serve everyone with dignity and respect.

Bottom Line for Portland

Every year, up to 200 formerly homeless individuals find support to secure permanent housing, sobriety and employment after participating in one of Blanchet's life-renewal programs.

“The best thing Blanchet House has given me is the time to work on myself. That is such a gift. It has given me time to see a therapist, get my medicine right, and get involved with AA. These are life-changing things for me. I’m just really grateful to be here.” —Clint, Blanchet House resident
