Bridge Meadows


Bridge Meadows is an intergenerational housing organization for youth formerly in foster care, adoptive parents and elders, building place, permanence and purpose one community at a time.

Bottom Line for Portland

In 2016, 97 percent of Bridge Meadows residents maintained stable and safe housing, elders contributed more than 12,000 hours to support families, youth received 738 hours of academic support and 2,120 hours of mentoring, and parents received 2,531 hours of childcare.
