ChickTech is a multigenerational nonprofit dedicated to retaining women in the technology workforce and increasing the number of women and girls pursuing technology-based careers.

In 2016, ChickTech hosted six events for girls in tech, reaching 187 girls. In their post-survey, participants who felt very confident in their technology skills increased from 27 percent to 74 percent. ChickTech also hosted five women-in-tech events that reached 396 women, expanding their professional network.
