The mission of the Domestic Violence Resource Center is to educate, support and empower survivors and their children who are affected by intimate partner violence by offering counseling, advocacy, shelter services and community outreach.

The Domestic Violence Resource Center (DVRC) provides free and confidential supportive services to survivors of domestic violence. Support services offered by DVRC include advocacy, counseling, emergency shelter, transitional housing, permanent housing, and a 24/7 crisis line. In 2019 alone, we responded to 3,554 crisis calls, created 1,966 safety plans, held 1,677 individual counseling sessions, and provided 5,433 safe nights in our shelters.
