OTI offers diverse, low-income women no-cost training and job placement into high-wage jobs in the construction trades. Last year, OTI graduated 73 women from pre-apprenticeship class, educated 1,209 women about trades careers, and introduced 1,320 middle and high school girls to trades careers through hands-on, interactive programming.
