Ride Connection

To provide customer-focused, safe, reliable transportation options at no cost for older adults, people with disabilities and low-income individuals in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties.

Bottom Line for Portland

Last year, Ride Connection provided 559,444 rides to those in need for access to medical care, healthy foods, relief from social isolation and much more. These rides traveled 2.3 million miles within Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. That equates to 821 round trips between the East and West coasts of the United States.

“The value Ride Connection brings to our quality of life is insurmountable. Coming from homelessness, sickness and the constant anxiety from PTSD and panic disorder, having a reliable source of transportation has been a miracle.” —Donna Renee Anderson and Tonja Blizzard, Ride Connection customers
