In 2016, SCHC provided 2,541 doctor visits to 1,284 low-income, uninsured individuals. Each visit included the following, as needed, all provided free of charge: labs, imaging tests, eye exams, glasses, medication, medical supplies, interpretation and referrals to specialty care.
