About the restaurants:
About Urdaneta: Within the walls of Urdaneta, Chef Javier, Jael and the Urdaneta family have created their own little Spain. Urdaneta offers traditional and modern tapas, blending the rustic, comfort elements of the Basque country with the bustling tapas bars within the heart of Madrid.
Visit Urdaneta in Portland’s Alberta Arts District.
About Akâdi: Chef Fatou’s ultimate goal is to authentically represent West African culture through food, music and ambiance. Akâdi was built to mimic the ambiance and community gathering that she grew up experiencing back in Ivory Coast.
Visit Akadi on SE Division Street in Portland.
About Kachka: Kachka was opened in Portland in 2014 by Bonnie and Israel Morales, and has since become beloved by diners worldwide. James Beard Award nominated Chef/Co-Owner Bonnie Morales and her team cook the food of the former Soviet Republics, including many dishes inspired by her heritage as a first-generation daughter of Jewish immigrants from Belarus.

About Dame: Dame is a neighborhood restaurant serving seasonal food with an emphasis on warm, attentive hospitality, and honest cooking. Dame aims to support sustainable agriculture with their food and natural wine list.
