Blanchet House & Farm

Mission

Blanchet House supports people experiencing homelessness or food insecurity by offering free hot meals, clothing, toiletries, housing programs, and community. No questions asked, we serve everyone with dignity and respect.

Bottom Line for Portland

Blanchet House gets life-saving aid like food and clothing to our neighbors living on the margins and provides a path out of homelessness. Approximately 200 people a year find support to secure permanent housing, sobriety, and employment after participating in one of Blanchet House's transitional programs.

Quote

"Blanchet House fed me when I was struggling. They didn't care if I was dirty or dangerous. They were always kind to me. I'm finally housed and I want it to be known that these folx are the real deal. They care." -Jesse
