Community Partners for Affordable Housing advances housing justice by building sustainable housing, delivering supportive services, and providing people with a place to call home.

The Portland Metro Area is facing a housing crisis that is affecting us all. CPAH has been committed for over 30 years to addressing this crisis. We have built (and sustainably maintain) 12 affordable housing communities in Washington and Multnomah Counties, with 5 more properties in our development pipeline. Furthermore, we are committed to keeping our diverse resident households stably housed and offer residents enriching services to help them thrive in their apartment communities. We also support our unhoused friends in Washington County with services to secure them permanent housing and keep them stably housed.
