Fora Health

Mission
We envision communities where every person affected by substance use disorder has access to the support needed to emerge from this disease. Where healthcare systems become advocates for hope. Where stigma ceases to exist.
Bottom Line for Portland
Fora Health provides a complete continuum of care to meet each person's unique needs and we are one of the only facilities in Oregon that offers medically monitored residential treatment to serve those with severe conditions. With effective treatment, we see individuals reclaiming their lives, rebuilding relationships with loved ones and breaking the cycle of addiction by becoming role models in our community.
