Fora Health Treatment & Recovery

Mission

We envision communities where every person affected by substance use disorder has access to the support needed to emerge from this disease. Where healthcare systems become advocates for hope. Where stigma ceases to exist.

Bottom Line for Portland

Fora Health provides a complete continuum of care to meet each person's unique needs and we are one of the only facilities in Oregon that offers medically monitored residential treatment to serve those with severe conditions. With effective treatment, we see individuals reclaiming their lives, rebuilding relationships with loved ones and breaking the cycle of addiction by becoming role models in our community.

Quote

“I wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for Fora Health. Every day, I wake up grateful to be alive and to know I am here for my daughter!” - Lindsey, Fora Health Alum

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Fora Health serves a diverse population with respect to age, nationality, income level, prior treatment experience, levels of education, literacy and language proficiency. We serve primarily low-income patients throughout Oregon, with the majority of our patients from Multnomah and Washington counties. Fora Health remains committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by addressing disparities and barriers to equitable care for marginalized communities. We continue to listen and take action to bring about change and work diligently to integrate cultural responsiveness into our organization.
