Mission

Fora Health provides treatment, care, and advocacy for all who are affected by addiction to drugs and alcohol. With effective treatment, we see individuals reclaiming their lives, rebuilding relationships with loved ones, and breaking the cycle of addiction by becoming role models in our community.

Addiction is a life-threatening public health issue that affects over 22% of Oregon’s population (18 and older) across all demographics and socioeconomic backgrounds. Fora Health provides a full continuum of care, including the highest levels of drug and alcohol treatment without hospitalization, to over 2,500 people unique patients across Oregon each year! Patients come to Fora with unique and highly complex needs, such as homelessness (30%), co-occurring mental health conditions (58%), on OHP (Oregon Health Plan) (90%), or without income (60%). Fora Health is proud to partner with and mentor Arbor House in 2025. Arbor House is a nonprofit that takes a holistic, hands-on approach to sober living, with built-in wrap-around recovery services designed specifically for the needs and experiences of women and femme-identifying individuals in early recovery from substance use. 

Sunshine Division is a nonprofit that provides free immediate food relief year-round to Portland families and individuals in need. They operate the Winter Wonderland light show at Portland International Raceway every holiday season. 

Quest Center is a nonprofit dedicated to providing integrative healthcare services, community, and education to all people seeking a wellness-focused approach to living.

¿Por Que No? is a small chain of taquerias with two locations in Portland. The restaurant is known for its Mexican-style tacos and is supporting us with gift cards for our Give!Guide donors.

McMenamins is a family-owned company serving pub fare in unique historic settings. They are supporting us with a gift card for our Give!Guide donors. 

The Grotto offers a sanctuary of peace, prayer and natural beauty for all people. They are supporting us with a pass to their Christmas Festival of Lights.

Hollywood Theatre offers a diverse array of film programming and celebrates the rich cultural heritage of cinema. They are supporting us with a 2 free movie and popcorn passes.
