Friends of Noise
Mission
Friends of Noise is an organization built on the values of collectivism and restorative justice. We seek to transform the culture of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth access to the music industry. We foster a healthy ecosystem for all ages to thrive by meeting young people where they are and by facilitating opportunities for immersion into a safer arts community while uplifting youth voices.
Bottom Line for Portland
We empower youth to contribute to our creative ecosystem long before they are 21.
With the launch of The Off Beat, our new all-ages venue, we’re opening doors to more creative, professional, and community-building opportunities than ever before.
Your generosity directly supports scholarships for underserved youth through our new Season Pass program—an annual pass that provides 3 prepaid shows each month, connecting youth to transformative experiences that foster creativity and belonging.

Thank you so much for hiring me for so many gigs this summer, especially Pickathon - what a treat that was! It's been a blessing getting to know the Friends of Noise crew and being introduced to so many opportunities. Cheers to music!
All the gratitude,
