BIPOC-Led Organization

Friends of Noise seeks to build an inclusive and diverse all ages music ecosystem by hosting professional development workshops, all ages concerts that provide paid performance opportunities and hands on experience for emerging youth sound engineers.

Bottom Line for Portland

It's our goal to build an all ages community arts center, in East Portland, that will be a safer, more inclusive and accessible arts and economic incubator for the creative youth of our community. We need a building of our own to increase our capacity to teach, guide, mentor and grow.  With your help our future home will be a beacon of multicultural and multi-generational self expression for the entire region

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Diversity of artists, music genres and audience members makes for a safer, more vibrant and more open all ages music scene. When Hip Hop is on the same lineup as Rock cool things happen. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion means that we strive to make everyone feel welcome and needed in our music scene.
