Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

At MA, our diverse team—comprising predominantly of Black, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals under 30—reflects the rich identities of our members. We are committed to delivering culturally specific and trauma-informed education, this ensures that every programmatic cohort receives support that resonates with their experiences. Led by BIPOC youth, we strive to create a space where all participants feel genuinely seen and valued, which is a vital need in Portland, Oregon.

First person to donate $300.00 or more will receive a gift certificate for a 5-Class Pack at the Bhakti Yoga Movement Center. Their weekly offerings include active Align & Flow, beginner-friendly Slow & Steady, and deeply relaxing Restore & Release. The center also offers specialized affinity classes for queer and trans practitioners, BIPOC, and prenatal yoga students."

First person to donate $400.00 or more will receive a tote bag with goodies that we offer to our youth participants: candle, journal, deck of cards, yummy snacks, brochure and some stickers!

VOZ: Voz is a worker-led organization that empowers diverse day laborers, including domestic workers, and immigrants to improve their working conditions and protect civil rights through leadership development, organizing, education and economic opportunity.
