Mother & Child Education Center provides free support, education, essential supplies, and community resources to anyone expecting or caring for a child ages 0-5. Through inclusive, judgment-free care, we create lasting opportunities for parents to grow, connect, and thrive – nurturing lasting resilience and building a stronger community of confident, capable families.

Mother & Child removes barriers for families by providing essential supplies, education, and judgement-free support at no cost. We help parents and caregivers meet their children’s immediate needs while connecting them with resources like WIC and The Oregon Health Plan, helping build the confidence to navigate systems and advocate for their families. By making things like basic parenting supplies and trusted support more accessible, Mother & Child helps address disparities tied to race, ethnicity, and income so every child has the opportunity for a healthy start.
