ReBuilding Center builds community resilience and empowers DIYers by ensuring access to affordable used building materials and repair skills so people can be self-sufficient and reduce waste.

The ReBuilding Center is the heart of low-cost, community-based reuse and repair in Portland, making home repair and creative reuse affordable, sustainable, and accessible for all! Since 1997, we have kept more than 60 million pounds of useful, unique building materials out of the landfill, taught thousands in our community to do basic, safe home repairs, and served as a tremendous resource for a thriving community of artists, makers, and DIYers who find creative and inspiring uses for our reclaimed materials every day.

•  Every donor who donates $10 or more will receive an EXCLUSIVE sticker designed by local artist and public joy creator Mike Bennett. While supplies last!

• For every $15 you donate you will receive an entry to win a GORGEOUS piece of furniture made from entirely reclaimed materials as a part of our Salvage Showdown! $15 = 1 entry, $30 = 2 entries, etc. Check out the piece here!

• Our first FIFTY donors of $25 or more will receive a coupon for a free slice of pizza from our amazing neighbor Mississippi Pizza Pub! 

•  All donors of $250 or more will ALSO receive $25 off a class or store purchase at the ReBuilding Center.

•  Our largest overall donor will receive, a sticker, a $25 gift certificate, AND free registration to one of our classes for them and a friend!

• On Big Relaxing Day (November 25th) - one lucky donor will receive a $15 gift card to Kate's Ice Cream - Portland's best 100% plant-based ice cream shop!
