Self Enhancement, Inc. is dedicated to guiding underserved youth to realize their full potential. Working with schools, families, and community partners, SEI provides support, guidance, and opportunities to achieve personal and academic success. SEI brings hope to individual young people and enhances the quality of community life.

SEI empowers communities to thrive on their own terms by fostering a culture of success. We work with 17,000 youth and families at home, at school and in the community through our 40 programs and 400 services in 36 program locations. SEI offers a continuum of services through every stage of life. We have a proven track record with 98% of students graduating high school. .
