Sunshine Division
Mission
We provide immediate food relief to Portland metro families and individuals in need.
Bottom Line for Portland
Each day, countless families in our community face tough choices. Your donation ensures that food isn't one of them. By supporting Sunshine Division, you're not just providing meals—you're offering hope, dignity, and the promise of a brighter future. Join us in uplifting our neighbors and building a stronger, more caring community where no one is left behind.
Quote
When Crystal lost her job due to the COVID-19 pandemic, her children attended our Izzy’s Kids “Shop with a Cop” event, and she was introduced to the many other resources we offer. "That made a big change... knowing that I had an organization to count on. Having food delivered to my door weekly was a huge help to me and my kids, where I knew I had something coming each week at the door.”
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Sunshine Division is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. These values are core to our mission of aiding those in need. We foster inclusivity, eliminate barriers and provide culturally sensitive assistance. Our journey to anti-racism continues through staff training, expanding multilingual services, seeking anti-racist care training, diversifying volunteers, tailoring culturally diverse food, and providing equitable access to our food through our food pantries and home-delivery program.
