The Library Foundation
The Library Foundation strengthens our community and creates a brighter future for children by supporting and expanding Multnomah County Library's innovative and groundbreaking work. Our vision of a more open, informed and deeply connected community is made possible by our vibrant library system.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
The Library Foundation supports Multnomah County Library’s focus on programs and initiatives that prioritize children and families facing barriers, such as poverty and systemic inequity. Our work is designed to create lasting connections with learning and libraries for children and families across our community. Using books in a wide array of languages and cultures, bilingual/ bicultural library staff reach families in the neighborhoods where they live, work and play.
Donors who give $25 or more will be entered into a drawing for a $200 gift certificate from our generous business partner, Broadway Books.
