Wallace partners with our community to make good health possible for all. We provide medical, dental, behavioral health and nutrition support that meets people where they are regardless of insurance status, language or circumstances! Through trusted community relationships and compassionate care, we help individuals and families buildt healthier futures, Together in Health.

Bottom Line

Good health starts with more than a doctor's visit, Wallace believes in whole person care using aan integrated care model. Last year we cared for more than 7,000 patients, many of whom lacked insurance, while ensuring that every person who walked through our doors knows that they are welcome. Through our farm to clinic program we helped over 1,200 community members acces fresh, healthy produce through our seasonal free twice weekly farm stand. By investing in whole person care we are helping east county families thrive.

Incentives

The first $3,250 in gifts from first-time Wallace donors will be matched dollar-for-dollar by our Board Challenge Fund. 

Flying Pie Pizzeria will provide a $40 gift certificate to the first donor of $100 or more on November 27. 

The Rockwood Market Hall will provide $20 gift certificates good at any restaurant or business to the first 10 donors of $25 or more on Giving Tuesday (December 1)
