Partners for a Hunger-Free OregonStop by Dove Vivi every Tuesday in December to grab a slice or a whole pie and help fight food insecurity in our community. 10% of the proceeds will fuel Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon's advocacy work securing long-term, systemic changes that tackle hunger's root causes. In 2025, we're aiming to become the next state with free school meals for all K-12 students and eliminate immigration status as a barrier to food access for Oregonians. Together, let's nourish Oregon.
About Dove Vivi: Our crust is prepared by hand using organic cornmeal sourced from Southeast Oregon and Northeast California that is stone ground at Bob’s Red Mill here in Portland. We also use sustainably grown Grain Craft flour, and 100% pure olive oil. All toppings are prepared in-house daily using fresh, locally sourced produce whenever possible. Dressings, marinades, and brines are made from scratch to celebrate the loot of our locale. Our sausage is made from all natural Carlton Farms pork, located in Carlton, Oregon. We cure our own pancetta, Tasso ham, Canadian bacon, maple bacon, and corned beef, and case our andouille, chorizo, bratwurst and chicken sausages to ensure quality and distinction. We have pride in our lineage, of staying true to the original recipes, our quality of ingredients, and passion to continually evolve and improve.
