New Narrative delivers whole-person mental health care that helps people transition from simply surviving to thriving. We provide integrated Clinical Care, Peer Support, and Housing Services to more than 2,000 youth, adults, and seniors throughout Portland metro area every year.
Our team works alongside participants to build stability, connection, and purpose through personalized, recovery-oriented support. Every service we offer—whether counseling, case management, housing, or life skills —is designed to move people toward healing. Northeast Emergency Food Program (NEFP) of Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon (EMO) meets the immediate needs of communities in the greater Portland area through our six direct service programs, while seeking long-term solutions through state-wide public policy and advocacy work.
NW Pilot Project helps very low-income older adults, including those experiencing homelessness, to find stable housing.
