To provide low-barrier, safe, and structured recovery housing for diverse communities recovering from substance abuse, and/or affected by mental health issues.

It’s nearly impossible to focus on recovery or mental health when you’re also navigating houselessness or constant housing insecurity. Transcending Hope fills that critical gap by providing safe, stable housing and rent support, along with individualized case management to ensure every resident receives the guidance and resources they need to rebuild their lives.

We prioritize community, safety, and belonging in each of our recovery homes—creating spaces where residents feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home. By helping cover essential daily living expenses while someone gets back on their feet, you play a vital role in their stability and long-term success.
