Bridge Meadows creates and inspires intergenerational communities for the well-being of children, families, and elders.

We interrupt cycles of poverty and instability through housing, wraparound supports, and intergenerational relationships. Our social purpose is to provide permanency of home and family for children and youth who have been impacted by foster care.
