Mission
End of Life Choices Oregon (EOLCOR) helps terminally ill Oregonians in making informed end-of-life choices by providing information, education, and direct volunteer support regarding Oregon’s Death with Dignity Act and other legal end-of-life options. We also educate medical professionals and communities across Oregon to promote understanding and informed choice.

End-of-life decisions can feel overwhelming, especially when the options are unfamiliar. Our specially trained volunteers help terminally ill Oregonians and their loved ones understand their choices, including Oregon’s Death with Dignity Act and other legal end-of-life options. We also equip medical professionals with information to support their patients and help communities across Oregon better understand end-of-life choices. Our services are provided at no charge and funded primarily through private donations.
