Portland Street Art Alliance

Mission
Advancing street art culture by empowering artists to activate the spaces where we live, work, and play.
Bottom Line for Portland
Since 2012, PSAA has created hundreds of murals and street art installations through partnerships with city, county, and state agencies, generating nearly $2 million in direct payments to artists while making art accessible to entire communities. Our work strengthens neighborhoods by transforming public spaces into vibrant cultural hubs that reflect local identity and foster community pride. Through these collaborative efforts, PSAA creates lasting visual, cultural, and economic impacts that benefit artists, residents, and visitors throughout Portland and the Pacific Northwest.
Quote
“After migrating from Mexico, PSAA was the first organization to trust me and introduce me to the Pacific Northwest arts community. Their constant collaboration has helped me shape a diverse professional portfolio. I see them as creative allies in the community, and it’s inspiring to see how they continue supporting other artists’ growth.” - Christian Tellez, Artist & Architect
