REAP, Inc.

Mission
REAP is a year-round multicultural youth leadership program committed to empowering the next wave of leaders. REAP works with students in grades 3rd through 12th, who represent our most marginalized student populations. REAP's Mission is “To proactively ignite, elevate and engage the next wave of leaders for the future now.”
We empower students to become global leaders through civic engagement, entrepreneurship and cooperative management (conflict resolution) for a better future NOW.
Bottom Line for Portland
Your gift will help to ensure that REAP is able to continue providing Portland youth with life-changing experiences that will open new doors for them and will help to make Portland a better place for us all. Donations will help support students from challenging economic circumstances; help us create an engaging and supportive environment that fosters each youth’s ability to succeed academically and in life; and encourage the development of positive character attributes, resiliency traits, and increased self-esteem. Monies raised via the Willamette Week’s Give!Guide will be used to provide college and career exploration opportunities for the culturally diverse students we serve.
