Mission
Rose City Rollers mission is to serve women, girls, and gender-expansive individuals who want to play the team sport of roller derby, connect with an inclusive community, and realize their power both on skates and off.

Your donations support our efforts to create equitable access to roller derby through scholarships, free high quality protective gear + skate rentals, free after school programs with our mobile skate truck, and more.
With over 70% of our membership identifying as LGBTQIA2S+, we are a home for new and experienced athletes with marginalized identities looking for an affirming community, supportive peers, loyal fans, and a place to truly discover their power.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Rose City Rollers is lead by our DEI committee in the essential intersectional work of making our sport and our league a place where past and present inequity and injustice are brought to the surface and addressed with compassion, honesty, and integrity, to the benefit of our membership and our surrounding community. We provide our league leadership and member body with resources, policies, and findings that break down barriers to participation and play, reinforce equal ownership and standing for marginalized league members, and build supportive relationships with communities our sport has historically ignored.
