SnowCap Community Services is a philanthropic organization created to provide food, clothing, advocacy and other services to our neighbors in need.

For over five decades, SnowCap Community Services has been a pillar of hope and dignity for families facing hunger and hardship in East Multnomah County. We are more than a food pantry — we are a lifeline for thousands of our neighbors navigating poverty, crisis, and instability.
