SnowCap Community Services is a philanthropic organization created to provide food, clothing, advocacy and other services to our neighbors in need.

Bottom Line

For over five decades, SnowCap Community Services has been a pillar of hope and dignity for families facing hunger and hardship in East Multnomah County. We are more than a food pantry — we are a lifeline for thousands of our neighbors navigating poverty, crisis, and instability.

Oregon Food Bank is a nonprofit whose mission is to eliminate hunger and its root causes…because no one should be hungry. It serves as a statewide hub, sourcing and distributing food through a vast network of regional food banks, pantries, meal sites, and community agencies to help feed people experiencing hunger across Oregon and Southwest Washington.

PAW Team is a grassroots, volunteer-powered nonprofit that provides vital veterinary services, pet supplies, and wrap-around support for over 4,300 Portland-area families per year. PAW Team aids individuals living on the streets, in transitional shelters or government housing, as well as those facing temporary financial hardship that restricts their access to medical care for their pets. These essential services keep pets happy and healthy and with the people that love them the most.
