Oregon Humane

Mission

We transform compassion into action, creating an ecosystem where all of us – animals and humans – feel safe, valued, and part of something bigger.

Bottom Line

Oregon Humane is a community of dedicated staff, volunteers, and supporters like you who are passionate about making life brighter for animals and the people who love them. Your donation supports our wide range of services that, together, help keep more animals safe, healthy, and happy in their homes.

We connect 12,000+ pets each year to their new families with no time limits on how long animals receive love and care before finding their new home.

We care for nearly 40,000 patients annually at our Community Veterinary Hospital and provide more than $1M of financial assistance to help keep veterinary care accessible.

We perform low-cost spay and neuter surgeries for more than 13,000 pets owned by low-income families every year.

We educate more than 8,000 youth annually through classroom visits and summer camps that teach the next generation how to be empathetic and compassionate animal advocates.

We advocate for animals experiencing neglect or cruelty, investigating nearly 500 cases every year and providing resources and education for the community.

When you donate to Oregon Humane, your gift enables the joy and love that only exists within the deep connection between creatures of all kinds.
